Sometimes it is surprising,

how much you can put behind you

how much you can forgive and forget

how much you can love someone

how much you can believe in the future,

how much faith you can have in a promise never made,

faith in but a dream

a dream that should be stale,

but has stayed fresh and new and hopeful for so long

a heart broken and repaired

the love is there

just in the wrong place

I dare you to find it and

put it where it belongs
